Story
Vista Solare started in 2023 as a single project in Novaliches. Thirteen units, ten homes and three shophouses, all sold. It proved the model we now build every Rúna community on: thoughtful design, fair pricing and delivery we stand behind.

One project became Rúna Homes.
Our story
Rúna Homes started in 2023 with one project, Vista Solare. We set out to build homes that felt calm, well made and fairly priced. Vista Solare sold out, all thirteen units. That result became Rúna Homes Corporation, a developer focused on townhouse communities across Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Today we are selling Rúna East Fairview, with Rúna Binangonan and Rúna Marilao launching in 2027.

The name
Rúna comes from rune, the old Norse marks carved to last for generations. Our design draws on Iceland: clean lines, natural light and quiet strength.

What we collect
- Details you give us in our inquiry and site visit form: full name, mobile number, email, the project you ask about and what you would like from us.
- Optional details: preferred visit date and time, whether you are buying to live in, to invest, for family or as a broker, the country you live in, how you plan to pay, when you plan to buy, how you prefer to be reached and any message you write.
- Technical details sent with the form: the time of submission, the page you submitted from and your device type.
- Website analytics from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, which count visits and form submissions.
Why we collect it
We use your details to answer your inquiry, book and confirm site visits, send the price list you request and follow up about Rúna projects. We use analytics to understand which pages help buyers and to measure our advertising.
Who sees it
Our sales team at Rúna Homes sees your inquiry. We store it in Google Forms and Google Sheets and send it by email through our email provider. Google and Meta process analytics data. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for [TBC] months after your last contact with us, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights and how to ask for deletion
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email sales@runahomes.com with your name and mobile number and we will respond within one business day.
